An isekai where the main character is just a regular guy with his memories and body intact but is unable to die properly since he is not of the fantasy world he's in.

Any time he dies, he simply finds himself waking up in another part of that world some time after his death as he was right before his lethal injury. The amount of time between dying and regeneration so decades can pass before he wakes up again but eventually he's able to somewhat control where and when he'll be waking up so long as he didn't die instantly. He also discovers that if he returns back to where he died before, he can still find his previous body where he left with duplicates of the items he had on him then allowing him some measure of abuse.

His story will see him grow accustomed to the world as an ageless traveler as he seeks out a way to return back to his world so he can finally have a normal death. He may not grow in power any more significantly than any other human but the experiences and knowledge he picks up makes him a not so insignificant presence in this world - a fact that will see him on his way to legend.
